Payments, Shipping and Returns

 

Payments are processed through PayPal.  You don't need a PayPal account to use this service, just a valid credit or debit card.

Australian customers are charged 10% GST at the checkout once the shipping address has been added.  Prices quoted on the store are GST free (non-Australian customers do not pay this tax).

We ship worldwide, and all orders are shipped using Australia Post.

Domestic Orders -  We offer Flat Rate Parcel Post and Express Post shipping rates, and both services come with full tracking.

International Orders - Our International orders are shipped via Air Mail.  Please note - Air Mail does not come with tracking.  If you wish to have your order shipped with tracking, please contact us and we will advise you of the shipping rate. Estimated shipping time is 2-3 weeks.

Yarns available in store are shipped between 1-3 business days after purchase, and 'pre-order' yarns take around 4 weeks to prepare and ship. Multiple orders are combined, and extra shipping charges incurred are refunded; however, when necessary large orders are split into two parcels and shipping charged accordingly.  If you would not like to combine ship, please leave us a message at the checkout. Orders, once received are not able to be split.

If you're not 100% satisfied with your Skein purchase you can return your items for exchange or full refund within 60 days after payment was received. Please contact us using the email link or contact page at the bottom of the website before returning the item/s. Goods must be returned in their original condition.
