Skein Points
For every purchase you earn 5% back with skein points. Once you have built up enough points, you can redeem them for vouchers ($10, $20, $30 and $50) which can be applied to your next order!
To join our loyalty program, all you need to do is create a customer account, and that's it. Once you are logged in, your points will be automatically added to your account when a purchase is made. You can keep track of and redeem your points by clicking on the 'Skein Points' tab in the bottom right of the screen. You must be logged in to your account to access your points.
If you have previously made a purchase but haven't signed up, don't worry, your points will automatically be added to your account as long as your email address matches the one used for the order.
Points do accrue quickly, so it's definitely worth signing up. Plus, every now and then we will offer double rewards where you can earn twice as many points!
