Difficulty Level
This design uses a unique construction and is therefore suited to knitters intermediate or above.

Pattern Notes
Freewheeler is knit from the top down using short rows to shape the yoke and sleeves. The sleeves are knit at the same time as the yoke sections.

Freewheeler was designed to be worn with 4-6” (10-15 cm) positive ease around the bust. As this design is a batwing shape, there is plenty of room around the upper arm. If you prefer to size down for less ease, you can easily do so by knitting the next size down.

We have used a mohair silk lace held together with a single-ply fingering weight yarn. If you don’t like working with mohair, you can easily substitute both with a DK or light worsted weight yarn.
